Royco® 782 is a red, “super-clean,” synthetic fire-resistant hydraulic fluid engineered for severe-duty aerospace, military and industrial hydraulic systems where safety and long service life are critical. Compatibility & handling
Royco 782 is formulated to be compatible with many mineral-oil type hydraulic system components, but compatibility with specific elastomers, paints or coatings can vary. Always consult the product PDS and SDS for detailed material compatibility, recommended application methods, and approved cleaners/degreasers. Follow all PPE and handling instructions shown on the SDS; Royco 782 has aquatic toxicity considerations and should not be released to the environment.
Storage & transportation
Store in original, tightly closed containers in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from ignition sources. Protect drums from prolonged UV exposure and keep lids sealed to prevent contamination. Ship and transport in accordance with applicable carrier and regulatory rules; check with your carrier for hazmat classification and pallet/LTL requirements.
Warehouse instruction
Protect packages from the elements by storing them under cover. When outdoor storage cannot be avoided, position drums horizontally to prevent water ingress and protect identification markings. Ensure products are not exposed to temperatures exceeding 60 °C, prolonged direct sunlight, or freezing conditions.
